Shipping & delivery

At Renissa by Zenith Venture Land, we're committed to providing convenient and reliable shipping services across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 4 to 5 working days, while personalized items may take 7-8 working days. We strive to expedite deliveries while acknowledging potential variations based on location. 


Rest assured, a tracking link will be emailed once your order ships, though please allow 24 hours for accurate status updates. Shipping fees are contingent upon delivery destination, with complimentary shipping offered during select promotions.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at renisaa.in@gmail.com with the images of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

The refund can take between 15 to 20 working days to reflect in your account.  

 

Cancellation 

Due to personalised nature of the majority of our products, orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email us on renisaa.in@gmail.com… we will try our best to cancel it .. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed or shipped by our warehouse, i.e., until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Personalised/customized orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. 

  

Changes in your order information  

In the event that you have entered an incomplete PIN code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at renisaa.in@gmail.com and we will help you out with it. 

 

Returns and Exchanges 

Due to personalized nature of most of our products, we have a strict no-exchange or refund policy. If you need to exchange a non-personalized product, kindly contact us on renisaa.in2gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your order. In case the exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for couriering the product to our Delhi office. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging to be eligible for the exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered to u. If we are unable to replace the item due to the item being in stock, we will provide u store credit for your future purchase.
